Common questions

Is porting really free?

Yes — manaMOBILE charges zero port-in fees. Your losing carrier may charge a final bill with any outstanding balance, but we don't add anything.

How long does it take?

Wireless-to-wireless ports typically complete in 2–24 hours. Landline (Hawaiian Telcom) ports can take up to 4 business days per FCC rules.

Can I port a landline?

Yes — Hawaiian Telcom numbers are portable as long as your rate center is in T-Mobile's coverage area. Most HI urban areas qualify.

What if my port is rejected?

We'll tell you exactly why and give you step-by-step instructions to fix it. Most rejects are resolved in under 10 minutes — wrong PIN, port-out lock still on, or address mismatch.
